Apkāyika

Water-bodied beings- The second variety of Ṣaḍjīvanikāya (six classes of living beings). That Jīva (soul, living being), the body of which is water.

āpo-dravāḥ pratītā eva tā eva kāyaḥ-śariraṃ yeṣāṃ te'pkāyāḥ. apkāyā eva apkāyikāḥ.
