Life Time Tithis

We have received a very good response to the Tithi Program. It allows all members to select a day (Or days) in a year (or Lifetime) when they can do all religious rituals that happen in our temple for the entire day. The rituals include Pakshalji, Ashtprakari Puja, Aarti and Mangal Divo. Multiple families can also participate and ask for a tithi. There are approximately 340 tithis during the year excluding certain tithis when we have Jain Center functions.

Each tithi is available for $101 per member family for one year or for $2,501 for Life Time.

For Life Time Tithi, your name will be posted on board and newsletter. You can keep a photograph
of your loved one for that day for paying tribute, well wishes or recognition.

For people who have already submitted their names for this program and also for people who want
to signup, please email the completed form to Dr Mahendra Shah .

JCSC Wellness Challenge - Week 21

For the upcoming weekly challenge we are challenging the participants to "Do 15 Minutes of Cardio Activity Every day.” Cardio is short for cardiovascular. Cardio exercise simply refers to your heart, specifically, getting your heart rate up and keeping it elevated for a certain period of time. Many forms of exercise can qualify as cardiovascular exercise, such as running, fast walking, jogging or swimming, especially when there is no break during your exercises. The physical benefits include: reduced risk of heart disease, improved blood cholesterol, improved heat function, reduced risk of osteoporosis, and improved muscle mass.
