In the morning, I gave practice to Manikji and Nirmalji. I taught Neti (cleaning of the nose) to some people. Then three patients with back pain, insomnia and neck pain were given guidance.

In the afternoon, at 1:00 pm our workshop on "How to overcome sleep disorder (insomnia)” started with 27 persons. I delivered a power point projection on the subject. Symptoms and causes, as well as effects on the body were discussed in detail. What has to be done and what has to be avoided was made clear. Together with other treatments, the Preksha Meditation system had been proved very useful.

Nirmalaji taught them health rejuvenating Asanas & Pranayama. I guided them through deep relaxation and Perception of Deep Breathing.

I had meditation in the morning. In the 6:00 am class of yoga and meditation, I guided them for different practices.

Some people suffering from hey fever and other nasal problems were taught the Neti Kriya. Manikji, Nirmalji and Pushpaji were given instructions how to practice their daily routine.

In the afternoon session, we had a workshop on " Digestive Disorder Management" for about 27 participants. We gave informations on how the digestive system works and which organs are part of the system, what are the main problems of the system and what are their symptoms and causes. All informations were discussed in length. The culprit is fast & junk food. Those who want to get rid of their problems have to follow strictly control over diets.

Nirmalaji showed and trained them in health rejuvenating Asanas & Pranayama. I guided for Practice of Deep Kayotsarga and then for checking their navel position. If it is balanced, many digestive problems can easily be solved. For a tension free life, one should meditate for strong will power, to resist the temptations.

Nirmalaji showed and guided them through the practice of some Asanas, which are helping to improve memory. I gave them a special practice of Perception of Deep Breathing with attention on the tip of the nose. Contemplative meditation for the memory development was taught as well. In addition, Contemplation on Transitoriness was taught. The participants liked the programme very much. After the session, some people had been guided for their personal problems.
