Weekly Challenge - Get 7 to 9 Hours of Sleep

For the upcoming weekly challenge we are challenging the participants to "get 7 to 9 hours of sleep each night." What difference could an extra hour of sleep make in your life? Maybe quite a lot, experts say. Studies show that the gap between getting just enough sleep and getting too little sleep may affect your health, your mood, and your weight. A good night's sleep can lower blood pressure and elevated levels of stress hormones, which are a natural results of today's fast paced lifestyle. For more information and to participate in the challenge, click here

U.S. Jain Centers - Visualization in Progress

As mentioned in past emails, the Jain Center of Southern California and the Jain Center of Northern California have virtual tours now available on our websites. Please note that other Jain Centers across the nation are also working on becoming more virtual facing.

Soon we will be able to do Panch Tithi from your home, in case you cannot physically visit these locations.
