Preksha Meditation & Human Health: 7.2 Pathway of Preksha Therapy

Published: 08.09.2015

The mechanism of preksha therapy is based on fundamental principle of the correction of imbalances and perversions occurring at either levels of multilayered human existence. It aims at uninterrupted self-awareness. Pure stream of consciousness interacting with micro body (Records of information) moves forward and energy flows in the form of Adhyavasaya (Primal drives). This energy flow then enters into the astral body and takes the form of electromagnetic radiation (Leshya). Streaming into physical body (Gross body) it affects the endocrine glands and expresses itself in the form of emotions.

This further activates the nervous system, thereby generating bioelectrical impulses, and ultimately initiates various vocal and physical activities (Fig. 1-25).

Negative information coming out of the inside information record room cause imbalance in energy flow and lead,to him, gloomy and dark electromagnetic radiations.

They enter into physical body first at endocrine system and change the endocrine orchestra, particularly boosting lower endocrine glands," viz. adrenals and gonads. This manifests in the form of negative emotions, which compels the man for a variety of actions at physical and mental levels. The ultimate result is mental conflict and stress. The unresolved psychological state leads to maladaptation and maladjustment, yielding a variety of psychosomatic diseases and disorders. The pathway of corrective mechanism of preksha therapy for occurrence of any imbalance/disorder requires multifaceted efforts at all levels described above to get optimum benefit of this therapy system. At the level of gross physical body the process of asana, mudra and bandh, and kayotsarga is to be applied to correct the imbalances in the functional systems. To remove the perversions of voice (vaani) the process of sound, japa (recitation) and silence is to be applied. Likewise, to correct the mental imbalances the application of the process of perception of breathing and pranayama is prescribed. To bring the desired changes in the pool of negative emotions, the process of perception of body and perception of psychic centers is to be applied. Similarly, to purify the leshya system, the process of perception of psychic colours is to be applied. To keep the adhyavasaya (primal drives) free from perversion, the process of perception of thoughts is to be applied. Such a composite effort will not ensure the removal of all shortcomings/imbalances, but also bring about an optimal aid (the multilayered human existence invasive aid). The multilayered human existence and pathway of preksha therapy is summarized in Fig. 1-24 and 1-25.
