Preksha Meditation & Human Health: 5.3.8 Estimation of Hemoglobin (Sahli´s method)

Hemoglobin was estimated with the help of Sahli's Hemometer by converting it into acid hematin by adding N/10 HC1 and diluting with distillated water and matching the colour intensity with the coloured standard tubes. Quantitative hemoglobin was denoted as gm %.
