Jain Center of Southern California is pleased to announce the first ever "INDIAN VISA CAMP" on our Premises (8072 Commonwealth Ave. Buena Park CA 90621) on Saturday, November 7th, 2015  between 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM

It is open to every one who has any VISA-PASSPORT-OCI (Overseas Citizens of India) related work with the Indian Consulate at San Francisco and their agent, Cox and King Global Services

NOTE: Due to constraints Of Time, Space And Resources only 400 Visa applications shall be accepted on prior appointment basis.

Please visit CKGS’ website http://www.in.ckgs.us/india-consular-services-camp/index-sf-LosAngeles.shtml  and click “INDIA VISA CAMP, LOS ANGELES” for scheduling an appointment to submit applications at the Visa Camp.
Volunteers Needed: Great opportunity for Volunteering to the first 10 Volunteers only. Please contact Virendra Shah (Tel # 310-218-7979, E-mail: [email protected]) Volunteers will help in properly facilitating the visa camp, for crowd control, to disseminate proper information & guidance and help official staff as well as visitors navigate the facility.
PLEASE NOTE: All fees at the VISA CAMPS will  be accepted through Cashier Check/Bank Draft, Money Order or through Credit/Debit Cards ONLY.  NO CASH or Personal Checks will be accepted.

Guidelines:
(1) Applications will be accepted on appointment basis between 9:00 A.M. to 2.00 P.M. To take appointments, please visit the website: http://www.in.ckgs.us/india-consular-services-camp/index-sf-LosAngeles.shtml  and click the “INDIA VISA CAMP, LOS ANGELES”.
(2) Only those applicants who have made prior online appointments and bring hard copy of the application along with all supporting documents will be allowed entry. To provide maximum service within the available short time, no visa enquiries will be entertained.
(3) Entry will not be permitted to applicants with incomplete documentation. Hence, please ensure that the application is complete. (No agents will be allowed entry).
(4) Applicants are advised that NO facilities will be available for photo, photocopying, notarization of documents, online facility for filling in application etc. in the premises.

Please check the above website for all requirements such as photo specifications, documentation, etc.
Applicants are required to book an appointment. Applicants with appointments will then be issued a token number on entrance. Tokens will be issued to applicants with prior appointments and only applications from those applicants with tokens will be processed.
Prepare your application as you would normally do to send it to Cox and Kings Global Services, San Francisco. Bring completed applications, along with required documents, to the Visa Camp and give to Cox and Kings Global Services. To maximize our services within the available time, only those applicants with complete application will be allowed entry into the Visa Camp.
Applications will NOT be accepted from Travel Agents, or from a non-family member of the applicants or from Non-US nationals and those from countries having dual nationality agreements with the United States or. Such applicants may apply directly at/mail applications to CKGS in San Francisco.
Applications will have to be personally submitted by the applicants. One applicant can submit the applications for all members of the family.
Applicants are required to book an appointment. Applicants with appointments will then be issued a token number on entrance. Tokens will be issued to applicants with prior appointments and only applications from those applicants with tokens will be processed.
CKGS will send all the accepted applications to their office in San Francisco for processing of visa. Passports will be returned to the applicants by CKGS, San Francisco, by mail. Applicants will, therefore, have to pay courier charges to CKGS at the visa camp in LA for couriering to San Francisco and to return the passports to the applicants.
