| | Adult Volunteers Needed for YJA Convention 2016 | | The 2016 YJA Convention is celebrating two big milestones this year. First, YJA is turning 25 years old! Second, the convention is coming back to Los Angeles after 16 years! This is our chance to work together as a Sangh to help throw the best national convention ever. One of the most important things in hosting this convention is having great volunteers. YJA'16 will be hosting close to 800 different people from all across the country throughout the weekend, so we need as much help as we can get. The cost involved in walking is low, because you just need a pair of comfortable shoes, or you may even walk barefoot. Walking for 10 minutes a day yields numerous benefits, and you can begin to experience these soon after you begin your walking routine. Consult your health practitioner before beginning any exercise program to assure that you do not have health conditions or limitations that affect your ability to exercise safely.
