Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner will be provided each day at no charge.

Wellness Challenge - Be Active For At Least 15 To 30 Minutes Every Day

For the upcoming weekly challenge we are challenging the participants to "work up to being active for at least 15 to 30 minutes each day.  Exercise can help prevent excess weight gain or help maintain weight loss. When you engage in physical activity, you burn calories. The more intense the activity, the more calories you burn. You don't need to set aside large chunks of time for exercise to reap weight-loss benefits. If you can't do an actual workout, get more active throughout the day in simple ways - by taking the stairs instead of the elevator or revving up your household chores. It takes only a few minutes every day. When you cultivate a seed with love, the more it blossoms.  For more information and to participate in the challenge, click here.
