Anuvrat Samiti Delhi organised Research Workshop 'Transmutation of Personality' on 9th july at 'KILKARI RAINBOW HOME'which houses near about 150 girls some orphans and some living away from home at Kashmiri gate Delhi. The programme started with a melodious rendition of Anuvrat Geet by Mrs Neeta Sharma and was accompanied by Mr.Dhanpat Nahata. Vice Pres.Mr.Shantilal Patawari talked about CHARACTER DEVELOPMENT by ANUVRAT -how we can instill moral and ethical values in our Life and how they can enhance our personality. For Physical and Mental Development A practical session of Yoga by Mrs. Raj Gunecha was enjoyed by all the children. Secretaty.Dr.Kusum Lunia explained the importance of Resolutions and how they can help us climb the ladder of Success and achieve our goals by narrating a short story and some practical exercises. Inspired by her session, the audience pledged to be Anuvrats. The highlight of the workshop was the meditation session by Dr.Saroj Maloo to enhance the emotional and spiritual quotient of the children.They had a gala time dancing and meditating with instrumental music.Mind Power Trainer Nisha Agarwal taught some techniques for controlling the mind. Mr.Dinesh Sharma gave the Vote of Thanks and Joint Secretary.Dr.Hansa Sancheti hosted the event.Tarannum, an inhabitant of Kilkari expressed her gratitude towards the Anuvrat Samiti Organisation and wished that such programmes should be held regularly.Miss.Yasmin the Incharge of Kilkari was felicitated by Anuvrat Team for her dedication and hard work.Dr.Saroj Maloo was also honoured.Mrs.Neelima Goyal working Committee member also contributed in the event.
