In the benign presence of Sadhvi Kailash Vati, Terapanth Mahila Mandal, Surat organized Chitta Samadhi Shivir at Terapanth Bhavan, City Light, Surat as per instructed by Akhil Bharatiya Terapanth Mahila Mandal. It was held in three sessions. The first session was started with the melodious Mangalacharana by Terapanth Mahila Mandal, Surat. Afterwards Sadhvi Kailash Vati made the women to take resolutions of - Tolerance, Modesty, Adjustment, Peacefully living and Social awareness. Sadhvi Sharda Shree addressed that, Industriousness frees from all the diseases and awakens the conscience. Sadhvi Pankaj Shree addressed that, Chitta Samadhi makes the Home like heaven. This session was successfully hosted by Rita Parmar. Mr. Kailash Jain sponsor of the session was honoured with the memento.
The second session was Mental Health - Happy Happy. It started with Anupreksha by Sadhvi Smyktva Yasha. Sadhvi Lalit Shree expressed Chitta Samadhi with some stories. Motivator Rekha Mistri said our aim should be to remain happy from birth till death. The programme was hosted by Chanda Bhogar.
The third session was Key of Healthy Life. Manisha Sethia made the women to play some interesting games and competitions.
This session was hosted by Sangita Nahata. Dr. Punam Gujrani, President Terapanth Mahila Mandal Surat welcomed the guests and vote of thanks was given by Shilpa Madarecha, Secretary, Terapanth Mahila Mandal, Surat.
