A type of Mithyātva (perverse faith);

the world-view, on account of which deliberate insistence on false metaphysical belief is maintained, inspite of knowing the real truth.

ābhiniveśikaṃ jānato'pi yathāsthitaṃ vastu durabhiniveśaleśaviplāvitadhiyo jamāleriva bhavati.
