All Jain scripture translations are right from a certain viewpoint, and each translation ultimately is an insight into the translator's own mind. For a translation is, in reality, a transcreation. A translator takes an original text and expresses it in another language, as per his own understanding. The translator's own perceptions are bound to colour his writings. #Jainism #JainDharma #Tirthankara #KundaKunda
Which is why, once you progress in Jain studies, you are told by your guru to start reading Jain texts in the original. For instance, if you really want to master the teachings of Acarya Kundakunda, it is imperative to read him in Prakrit. Else, you will see Kundakunda through the eyes of his translators and commentators.
Since in this day and age it is neither possible nor practical for all of us to learn Prakrit and Sanskrit, the onus is on translators to send out translations which are close to the original.
It is in this spirit, that we carry out translations of Jain texts. For we wish to share the teachings of the Jinas and make them available to all who seek the path of liberation.

१. कुरल काव्य ग्रन्थ के अनुसार लोगो का भ्रम है की उनका स्वभाव उनके मन में बसता है, स्वभाव तो उस संगती में बसता है जहाँ वह मनुष्य उठता बैठता है! इसलिए मित्रता limited और positive thinking वाले लोगों से ही करना चाहिए!
२. बच्चों को हिंसात्मक game नहीं खेलने चाहिए इससे संकल्पी हिंसा का दोष लगता है और बच्चों को पाप लगता है!
३. किसी के धर्म कार्य में कभी बाधा नहीं डालना चाहिए! और अगर हो जाये तो उस व्यक्ति से जा कर क्षमा याचना करनी चाहिए और पुनः वह गलती दोहरानी नहीं चाहिए!
४. किसी व्यक्ति के साथ जो भी सुख दुःख है वो मुख्यतः उसके पुण्य पाप पर आधारित होता है! किसी भी कार्य के पीछे अंतर और बाह्य दोनों कारण होते हैं! गृह नक्षत्र, हमारे ऊपर direct कुछ भी फर्क नहीं डालते! हमारे पुण्य पाप के हिसाब से ये गृह नक्षत्र निमित्त मात्र बन जाते हैं क्योंकि जो तत्व वायुमंडल में होते हैं वही हमारे शरीर में होते हैं और गृह नक्षत्रों की गति से दोनों एक साथ प्रभावित होते हैं! गृह नक्षत्र को पूजने से कुछ नहीं होगा, करना है तो भगवान् की भक्ति करिये, विधान करिये!
५. आज लोग पाप से नहीं डरते सब दुर्योधन की संतान बन गए हैं, सबको धर्म पता तो है लेकिन करना नहीं है!
६. नॉनवेज रेस्टोरेंट में वेग खाना - पानी तो दूर वहाँ जाने में भी महा पाप है जहाँ लाखों मूक जीवों का बेरहमी से क़त्ल किया जा रहा हो और उनकी आह चीत्कार निकल रही हो!

Koti Koti Abhinandan to Shri Anathrajji Jain (76yrs) of Vandavasi, Tamilnadu who revived one lost Jain heritage and turned into temple in the middle of jungle with 6 months hard work. He stopped this being converted to Hindu idol or being vandalized.
