The 2nd day of the Paryushan Parva is celebrated as Savadhyaya Divas (day).
His Holiness Acharya Mahashraman preached in today's Prime Sermon that, Paryushan Parva is going on, during this period more industriousness and worship should be practiced, which is also practicable for the lay followers hence they as well as the ascetics get these few days as a fortunate occasion. Each day of the Paryushan Parva has its own subject, which is worth listening to in the form of preaching. It can be more better if the practice of that subject is done on that particular day. Today is Savadhyaya Divas. listening to the speech and Geet on the Savadhyaya is good. Along with these if, some resolution or interest is awakened towards Savadhyaya and special industriousness can be practiced on this day then this day can become more noble for us.
