Wellness Challenge - Do A Set Of Balance Exercises Every Day

For the upcoming weekly challenge, we are challenging the participants to "do a set of balance exercises every day." The whole purpose of this challenge is to increase your heart rate, exercise your heart muscles, and build your endurance. Cardio exercises are very important to keep your heart strong and healthy. They also help lower your cholesterol, burn fat, and reduce your risk of getting heart disease. Please keep in mind to choose an exercise that you are comfortable with and also practice warming up, stretching, and cooling down for these activities. Always make sure you are properly hydrated during these activities and carry sufficient water with you.  If you are interested in learning more and participating, click here.
