His Holiness Acharya Mahashraman preached in today's Prime Sermon that neither we should appreciate nor depreciate food. It is said for monks that from five wordly Doshas (faults) of Sadhus, the first is that if a monk appreciates the food taken from the lay followers, then he gets the Ingaar Doshas If the Sadhu depreciates the food, he gets the Dhoom named Dosha. Therefore a sadhu must be careful not appreciate or depreciate the food he got from the lay followers.
