New 2017 Jain Center Calendar will be available for pick up in person at our center from December 18th onwards.

 

 

 

Wellness Challenge - Eat A Minimum Of 2 Different Fruits Or Vegetables With Every Meal

 

 

For the upcoming weekly challenge, we are challenging the participants to "eat a minimum of 2 different fruits or vegetables with every meal." Vegetables and fruits are an important part of a healthy diet, and variety is as important as quantity.
