Wellness Challenge - Eat A Minimum Of 2 Different Fruits Or Vegetables With Every Meal

For the upcoming weekly challenge, we are challenging the participants to "eat a minimum of 2 different fruits or vegetables with every meal." Vegetables and fruits are an important part of a healthy diet, and variety is as important as quantity. No single fruit or vegetable provides all of the nutrients you need to be healthy. Eat plenty every day. If you are interested in learning more and participating, click here.

We will have Param Krupalu Dev Shrimad Rajchandra Bhakti in JCSC Aradhana Hall on Sunday, January 29th, 2017 from 4:00 PM to 5.30 PM.

Missing Umbrellas

Missing Umbrellas after rains previous Sunday

We had a lot of rains previous weekend during Pathshala Sunday. We made arrangements for people to put their umbrellas outside the main building, so that the inside of the building and the temple would not get dirty.

However, there were cases when some members have been missing their umbrellas. This could be because somebody took the umbrellas by mistake. We request members to put these umbrellas back in the collection area near the main building entrance before Next Pathshala Sunday.
