One of the most fundamental things to be remembered - is that whatever you come across in your inner journey, you are not it.
The mirror is empty; it is not reflecting anything. It is you~!!


Physical stress is not a very complex problem.
By simple practices physical stress can be relieved.
We should progress in the direction that mental and emotional tensions won't arise at all.
Our spiritual practice should be such that mental tension doesn't arise at all.
