Ahimsa Yatra reached Chanauraganj today. Here is a magnificent glimpse of today's Vihar and Prime Sermon.
His Holiness Acharya Mahashraman preached about the meditation of colours in today's Prime Sermon - Holi is the festival of colours. A reference of meditating by colours with Namaskar Mahamantra is given in the practice of mediation.
Namo Arhantanam- Bow before Arhatas and center the psyche at Gyan Kendra (top center part of the middle head or deep place of topknot) recite Namo Arhantanam and try to imagining white colour there during the chanting.
Namo Siddhanam- Center the psyche at Darshan Kendra (place between both eyebrows) recite Namo Siddhanam and try to imagining the colour of rising Sun there during the chanting.
Namo Aayariyanam- Center the psyche at Vishuddhi Kendra (middle part of throat) recite Namo Aayariyanam and try to imagining yellow colour there during the chanting.
Namo Uvajjhayanam- we Bow before Upadhyaya in this. Center the psyche at Aanand Kendra (hollow place near the heart) recite Namo Uvajjhayanam and try to imagining green colour there during the chanting.
Namo Loye Savva Sahoonam- Center the psyche at Shakti Kendra (bottom place of backbone) recite Namo Loye Savva Sahoonam and try to imagining blue colour there during the chanting.
