Sanskrit:

विजयादिषु द्विचरमाः ।

Hindi:

विजयादि के देव द्विचरम होते है अर्थात् दो बार मनुष्यजन्म धारण कर मोक्ष प्राप्त करते है।

04.27

English:
Those in Vijay and other realms have to take two more births.

There are five abodes known as Vijay, Vaijayant, Jayant, Aparajit and Sarvārthasiddhi above the Graiveyak area. They are known as Anuttar, meaning the topmost. Sarvārthasiddhi, which is only a few Yojans away from Siddhashilā (abode of the liberated), lies in the center and the remaining four are on its four sides. The celestial beings in the Anuttar area are on the point of attaining the liberation since they have not to take more than two births.
