His Holiness Acharya Mahashraman preached in today's Prime Sermon that, we should keep peace even in illness or any trouble and strive to tolerate. If someone tolerates soreness with equanimity then the benefit of Karma Nirjara can be availed. And it is a must for the one who is accomplished with Samyaktva or Charitra strive to remain in equanimity. Remaining more moderation during soreness, without getting distressed, just sitting peacefully in meditation, studying some religious literature, chanting and keeping this kind of thoughts, ideology or enlightenment in mind that soreness is in this materialistic body. I should remain in peace. I might have collected these Paap Karma that is why I am suffering from trouble. I should keep equanimity this time. I might have put someone in trouble that may be the reason of my soreness. So one should strive to tolerate soreness by this kind of good way.
