A person who wishes to be healthy should think about having the proper diet to ensure the supply of vitamins, minerals, proteins. It is altogether an illusory idea to think that he would be healthy by having delicious food.
At the same time he needs to think how faultless and pure his chitta (psyche) is. If there is no inflow of sins and no impure thoughts in the chitta, one would be in the state of good health.
But there can be no greater self-deception if one keeps on having bad thoughts and bad feelings and still expects to be in good health.
