Ahimsa Yatra reached Alamganj today. His Holiness Acharya Mahashraman preached in today's Prime Sermon about Ahimsa, Sanyam and Tap (penance). His Holiness explained, Ahimsa should remain in our life. One should stay rid of animosity, antinomy, riot, carnage and violence. He should have friendly emotions with all. Friendly behaviour gives pleasure but sorrow occurs from violence. So we should have feelings of amiabiilty for all.
