‘‘भगवान महावीर इस युग के चैबीसवें तीर्थंकर थे। दीक्षा लेकर साधना में प्रवृत्त हो गए। पहले दिन जंगल में भगवान ध्यान में खड़े थे। एक किसान अपने बैलों के साथ आया। बाबा मेरे बैलों का ध्यान रखना। मैं किसी काम के लिए जा रहा हूं, वह चला गया। बैल भी घास चरने जंगल में चल पड़े, भगवान किसके बैल संभालने हैं। किसान लौटा बोला मेरे बैल कहां गए चारों तरफ घूमा बैल नहीं मिले, निराष ही वापिस लौटा, बैल तो बाबा के पास बैठे हैं। वह गुस्से में आया और बाबा को चाबुक से मारने दौड़ा।
इधर इन्द्र ने देखा यह क्या अनर्थ कर रहा है। इन्द्र ने उसके हाथ को स्तंभित कर दिया। अरे! न समझ ये राजा सिद्धार्थ के राजकुमार संत महावीर हैं। भगवान को निवेदन किया। भंते! साधना में बहुत बाधाएं आएगी। मैं सुरक्षा के लिए आपकी साधना के साथ चलूं। भगवान ने कहा - ऐसा कभी नहीं हुआ।
तीर्थंकर स्वयं साधना करते हैं। किसी का सहयोग नहीं लेते।’’ ये विचार आचार्यश्री महाश्रमणजी के आज्ञानुवर्ती प्रेक्षाप्राध्यापक ‘षासनश्री’ मुनिश्री किषनलालजी ने हांसी के तेरापंथ सभा भवन में भगवान महावीर के दीक्षा कल्याण के अवसर पर व्यक्त किए।
उन्होंने आगे कहा कि भगवान कष्ट सहिष्णु, उग्र तपस्वी इस युग के महान सत्य द्रष्टा थे। उन्होंने अहिंसा अनेकान्त समता का सिद्धान्त प्रतिपादित किए। विष्व में आज भी शांति, प्रेम और सर्व धर्म सद्भाव की विजय पताका फैला रहे हैं। मुनि निकुंजकुमार ने प्राग् वक्तव्य दिया।
