Ahimsa Yatra reached Pindrajora today. His Holiness Acharya Mahashraman preached in today's Prime Sermon that, the author of holy books has told that contents of Indriyas are pleasing and displeasing or grateful and ungrateful both. When these are pleasing then emotions of Raga and when these displeasing then emotions of Dvesha should not get raised. We should practice to rein Indriyas.
