Wellness Challenge - Reflect or Relax For 10 Minutes Daily

For the upcoming weekly challenge, we are challenging the participants to “Reflect or Relax For 10 Minutes Every Day." Reflection is a fundamental tenet of learning, and therefore a fundamental part of teaching.  Why it happens is a matter of humility.  But how and when it happens - and with whom - is less clear.  This is partly because there are multiple sides of reflection - length, width, and depth.  Reflecting is crucial to fully understanding ones purpose.  It can help you with your emotions (make you more happy) and give you a better perspective on life.  Same with relaxing.  Often times we are so busy with our lives we forget to relax and just breathe.  If you are interested in learning more and participating, click here.

Adult Vocal/Singing Classes

JCSC will conduct 1 hour Vocal Classes from 12:45 pm to 1:45 pm in the room next to the office - upstairs in the main building.
