That Indra (the king of the gods) who is the king of the Vaimānika Devas (Empyrean gods) or the Jyotiṣka Devas (Luminous gods).

tao iṃdā paṇṇattā, taṃ jahā-deviṃde asuriṃde maṇussiṃde.

devā-vaimānikā Jyotiṣkavaimānikā vā rūḍheḥ asurāḥ-bhavanapativiśeṣā bhavanapativy antara vā suraparyudāsāt.
