कृपया ध्यान दें -श्रवणबेलगोला में गोम्मटेश्वर भगवान बाहुबली स्वामी का महामस्तकाभिषेक निरंतर जारी है। लघु अभिषेक प्रतिदिन और विशेष पंचामृत रविवार को सम्पन्न हो रहे है। प्रशासन और सरकारी अधिकारियों तथा समिति के बीच पहले तय हुए अनुसार विंध्यगिरी पर्वत पर अभिषेक हेतु बना मचान 30 जून तक रहेगा और इस अनुसार अंतिम अभिषेक की तारीख 20-25 जून के बीच होने की संभावना है। आप सभी से अनुरोध जिन्होंने अभी तक गोम्मटेश्वर भगवान बाहुबली स्वामी का अभिषेक सम्पन्न नही किया है वो अतिशीघ्र श्रवणबेलगोला पधार कर अभिषेक सम्पन्न करें।

A Breathing #Meditation -Austerities followed by monks have seemed very hard when they are connected do physical body only. But these seem very easy when connected with beyond the bodily nature. There are two types of Austerities one is Outer which depends on the physical body and the other is Internal which depends on mind and soul. External Austerities are very effective and the root cause of the destruction of past Karmas, also change the level of the conscious mind and first give the feelings of harmony and peace. Kayotsarga- means detachment of Kaya (body) bY breathing concentration. When we concentrate on our mind in breathing it becomes meditation.

••• One Kayotsarga has twenty-seven (27) counts of breathing. Inhaling and exhaling is one complete breath. While inhaling utter OM and at the time exhaling speak ARHAM. So count 27 times breathing in one Kayotsarga. Observe how our mind targets all types of negative emotions like worry, anxiety fear etc. We can perform it anytime, at any place. Whenever we want to be free from outer World's stress. Whenever we want to relax, whenever we want to meditate, we can perform gently one Kayotsarga. If, we have some more time we can do second Kayotsarga. By this process, we gradually realize that what is permanent in this cover. When we close our eyes and observe the breath with counting, we feel completely detached from living world associated with the five senses. At that time body lives completely in nature and collect an enormous amount of cosmic energy. That
energy increases the immunity and resistance level of body and mind that gives you increased resistance level of the body which gives you the pleasure of the healthy and disease free body. On the other hand, the increased resistant level of mindset makes you free from the fear of insecurity, jealousy, competition, a permanent, and safety. It seeds solid and stable nature of the soul. The soul is the real source of joy and happiness. Kayotsarga can be performed in sitting or position. It is completely like Yoga, Nidra i.e. sleep without lying. Jain monks do this kayotsarga long time and feel oneness with one. Bahubali had done this Kayotsarg for one year in standing position.

and his father Lord Rishabdeva did it for six months in sitting position. That's the story of prehistoric time, but today we can do this for a short time as long as possible. By this process, we will feel that we live beyond the living nature and the material world.

So do this meditation without any condition of the place weather and rel ous rituals.
