The resolve to awaken community consciousness or awareness is the most noble one.
The more noble the resolve, the more difficulties in its implementation.
The first problem is that a man is bound by his own feelings and sensitivities.
The second binding factor is the man's family and his neighbourhood.
The third factor is that a man wants maximum conveniences and facilities.
Fourthly to access maximum facilities, he seeks maximum wealth and resources.
It is not possible to awaken cqmmunity consciousness unless we transcend the limits set by the above quadrant.
We know many good things, many good thoughts and many good principles, but can not reach them unless we over come the hurdles en route.
