His Holiness Acharya Mahashraman preached in the Prime Sermon that, the human is a tortoise in one context. If he restraints his senses then the jackal like Paap cannot attack on him. If the human like tortoise gets the senses unrestraint then the jackal like Paap is standing nearby. It comes on the moment and attacks on the soul, thus Paap get bonded. Therefore to make oneself safe from the jackal like Paap the human like tortoise should restraint his senses. We should stay away from Raga and Dvesha also sanses should not be much propelled.
