Ahimsa Yatra reached Panakudi today. The Vihar was approximately 15 km long.
His Holiness Acharya Mahashraman preached in today's Prime Sermon that, there are two matters in the context of restraint of psyche. The first thing is psyche should not much ramble. Fickleness of psyche should be reduced. Psyche should not roam here and there unnecessarily. Generally psyche should get fixed at one point. This is the concentrated state of psyche. Second state of psyche is distracted state. Roaming around the various points is impatience. We should not let the psyche become impatient but try to keep it concentrated. So the first thing is we have to reduce the fickleness of psyche and the second thing is whatever we think should be fair. We should think auspicious. One should not try to watch bad, listen bad, speak bad and think bad. We should not think bad for anyone.
