Wellness Challenge -Sit Up Straight

For the upcoming weekly challenge, we are challenging the participants to “Sit Up Straight.” I know, I know. Sitting up straight is really this week’s challenge? Unless you are a ballet dancer or in the military - occupations where poor posture is readily noticed - you probably don't pay much attention to your posture. But if parts of your body - such as the neck, shoulders, or lower back - start to cry out in pain, you may find out that your posture is out of whack. Posture is more than just a function of the way someone stands or sits. If you are interested in learning more and participating, click here.

Report of Docent Training for ToastMasters

Advanced ToastMasters’ first Docent Training took place on Saturday April 7th afternoon with Hasendrabhai as Curator.

It was really amazing to connect with these well mannered, confident and yet pious kids. We are Blessed to have our future torch bearers with this caliber. It truly takes a village to raise kids like these. We are thankful to the Parents, JCSC Pathshala teachers, Directors and ToastMaster Leaders in this collaborative effort to weigh out KalaCircle’s Art Appreciation Program and help shape its True Vision to connect with each other thru the Medium of Art.

These little ambassadors will be ready to start giving Docent led tours for our Center’s increasing demand of visitors. and become emissaries of Jain Values.
