Two days preksh meditation workshop was held in Terapanth Bhavan, Citylight, Surat on 3rd & 4th August in the auspicious presence of Muni Shree Kamal Kumar ji.
Around 250 people participated.Dhyan, Aasan- pranayam,Theoretical session and Kayotsarg were conducted by Preksha trainers-Gautam Gadiya, Dr Maya, Alka Sankhala, Sangeeta Bhansali, Renu Baid, Ranjana Bholawat and Renu Nahata.
All the participants felt this workshop so useful and blissful and requested to keep such workshops frequently, atleast once in every month.
