8 days residential PREKSHA MEDITATION CAMP was organised under the guidance of ACHARYA SHRI MAHASHRAMAN JI by Preksha Foundation at Kumbulgudu, Banglore from 19 to 26 September.


Instructions of Relaxation, deep Breathing, Namaskar Mantra Preksha were given by Sadhvi Shri Shubryashaji. Principles of Preksha Meditation were explained by Sadhvi Samta prabha and Sadhvi Rajul prabha. Sadhvi Aarogyashri and Samani Shashi prabha, Samani Nirmal pragya, Samani jyoti pragya also took classes.


Preksha Trainer Smt. Vijyaji Chhalani gave training of aasan and pranayam. Senior trainer Shri N.C. Jain, Shri Rajendra Modi, Shri Dalam Sethia and Shri Parasmal Duggad also guided the participants. There were around 250 participants in the camp.
