The Excess or Scarcity of Anything is The Root Cause Of Violence
Acharya Shri Mahapragya

A change in the point of view of society is necessary. We have tried a lot to conceal the truth, but it’s high time now that we all stand united to free our society of its inherent evils. A new thought process, a new vision wherein people living in scarcity get support through the society. Where on one hand scarcity is the cause of violence, on the other hand excess is another root cause.

These are the views expressed by H.H. Acharya Mahapragya at Malviya Nagar at the inauguration ceremony of the newly built ANUVIBHA Building.

Acharya Mahapragya said that the main cause of most problems is the prevalent unethical attitude in society. People, Family and Society should focus on the reinstatement of the moral values. Acharyashri also reiterated the fact that by working on the ‘Anuvrat Movement’ of Acharya Shri Tulsi, we can re-establish the moral values in society.

Acharya Shri said that along with Anuvrat, Preksha Meditation, and Science of Living we should also focus on preaching & teaching Non-violence. If the new Anuvibha Building works in this direction then the relevance of this new ‘Building’ will be proved.

Acharya Shri also commented that work should be done for the development of the backward and downtrodden segments of society to give a fresh momentum to the ‘Anuvrat Movement’. He explained with an example that we have to strengthen the roots of the tree, and only strengthening the leaves won’t lead to a strong tree.

On this occasion, the Chief Guest the Home Minister of the State, Mr. Gulabchand Kataria that with struggles only a person becomes great. According to him, like a sculptor makes beautiful sculptures by carvings on stone, similarly Acharya Mahapragya have worked on removing our shortcomings and showing us the right path and direction in life.

Yuvacharya Shri Mahashraman, on this occasion, said that greed and worldly desires have reduced the intelligence of humans. Anuvrat helps in removing these desires for worldly objects. The vision of the ‘Guru’ shows his disciple of ‘Shishya’ the right direction. There are many problems in the world, but we can overcome them by morals and ethics.

Sadhvipramukha Shri Kanakprabha was also present on this occasion. She explained that the outer glow of this materialistic world can give us some short term pleasures and happiness, but for long term happiness and peace we need to find the light or the glow within us. Sadhvipramukha also said that scarcity, anger, etc are the main reasons of violence. Acharya Mahapragya has collected many facts related to violence and its causes. With the trinity of Research, Experimentation and Training, we can make Anuvibha a major centre for attaining the true inner peace.

Sadhvipramukha, by pointing at the Gaurav Towers, right opposite the Anuvibha Building, also commented on the fact that the major challenge for the Anuvibha Meditation Center would be on how it can divert the younger generation from Gaurav Towers towards them.

Heading the function was Rajasthan Patrika’s Managing Director Dr. Gulab Kothari. Dr. Kothari said that from the point of view of non-violence, the life of Shri Mahapragya Ji is an institution in itself. Although there are over a dozen organizations in the world working towards world-peace, but none has attained as much success as compared to this organization.

Mr. Doulat Daga, Chairman of the ‘Acharya Mahapragya Pravas Vyavastha Samiti’, explained that this modern building was spread over 75,000 square feet and will be an international center for meditation research and training.
