NAMO AYARIYANAM

Meaning:

  • Obeisance to the Acharya.
  • Acharya is one who practices five great vows and is the spiritual head of the sect.
  • Characteristic qualities (inherent powers): Thirty Six.

Methodology of chanting:

  • Choose any suitable and comfortable posture, face east or north direction and Chant line

OM NAMO AYARIYANAM

while concentrating on the middle portion of the throat (Vishuddhi Kendra) visualizing the golden yellow colour of the sunflower.

Advantages:

  • Develops will-power, purifies the mind.
  • pacifies the ill effect of the planet Jupiter.

Mudra:

  • Acharya Mudra.

Process:

  • Raise both hands to the shoulders while inhaling, lower down hands while exhaling.
