In his address Muni Shri Prashant Kumar on 5/11/2008 at Amolak Bhawan, Raipur (Chhattisgarh) said that in today’s changing scenario we have to be always on our toes, just to stable in life. In today’s environment people’s behavior have been changed. People became impatient, irritated and discontented. It invites mental depression & tension. We should not act frustrated with other’s success. We should progress with hard work, commitment and dedication. Everyone has a right to progress. Progress should not be done at the cost of ethics.

Life which should have been filled with happiness is burdened with tension. Almost all person aware of the importance of mental peace. They spare some time to life with nature. This gives them immense peace. If we want mental peace than we have to adopt preksha system. If we want happiness in the life than we have to change our life style. To avoid tension than we have to alter life style system. The materialistic out look should be converted into self target. The aim of the life should be above materialistic gain.

We have to make yoga an integral part of our routine. We have to spend some time for meditation and yoga to make our life happy and prosperous. By attending to practices for improving, regaining or retaining general good health, a person is likely to find that some of his more specific difficulties tend to disappear. The yoga reduces stress and increase relaxation. The Yoga increases body strength, stamina  & flexibility.
