One day workshop was held� at Surat in presence of Sadhvi Sangeet Shree on 18.01.09. It was organised by Saman Sanskrti Sankay, a department of Jain Vishva Bharti, for the development of Jainology & Jain Philosophy in South Gujarat. The workshop was supported and sponsored by Terapanth Sabha Surat.
76 participants from 14 areas attended the workshop. Two new Jain Vidya centres were established. Sadhvi Sangeet Shriji gave inspiring presence. Saman Sanskrti Sankay director Jinendra Kothari spoke in detail about the activity & future planning of Saman Sanskriti Sankay. Shri Vinod Bathia (President Terapanth Sabha) & Smt. Madhu Derasaria (Regional Coordinator) worked actively for this successful workshop.
