Stress Free Exam: A Session At Warwick University

On May 12, 2009, Samani Prasanna Pragya and Samani Rohit Pragya were invited by Young Jain Students of Warwick University (YJSW), to conduct a Meditation Session. Samanijis started the session with Navkar Mantra. Samani Prasanna Pragya taught Humming sound, Posture of knowledge and various breathing exercises to students. To increase memory and concentration, Samaniji explained the process of the correct, complete and scientific breathing.  To release the mental as well as physical stress they were profited by the practice of Relaxation, led by Samani Rohit Pragya.
