Most prevailing hereditary diseases in Hindus are as follow:

  • Diabetes
  • Heart disease
  • High blood pressure
  • Digestive problem
  • Gastric problem
  • Over weight
  • Knee pains
  • Low backache
  • Teeth problems
II. Brahamins
In Brahamins common hereditary diseases are as follow:
  • Respiratory infection
  • Digestive problem
  • Obesity
III. Rajputs
In Rajputs common hereditary diseases are:
  • Injuries
  • Appendicitis
  • Color Infection
IV. Momedons
In momedons ereditary diseases are:
  • Tuberculosis
  • Skin infection
  • Cancer
V. Poverty based castes
In Hereditery diseases in poverty based castes are:
  • Malnutrition
  • Tuberculosis
  • Respiratory infections
  • Abscesses & boils
  • Skin problem.

As per Indian tradition marriages take place with in caste. So due to transfer of genes common hereditary diseases happen to be in particular caste as above.
