Yatra For The Protection of Villagers And Cows: Vishva Mangal Go Gram Yatra

A journey with members from all religious sections had started for the protection of cows and the progress of villagers with full support of the society. The aim was to stop the uncontrolled migration of villagers to towns and cities and to educate the farmers that cows are not givers of milk alone. Dadupanthi Saint Arjundasji spoke to the assembly, and so did Samani Pratibha Pragya.

Samani Pratibha Pragya said in her address to the Yatra that our nation is a country of villagers. The life of villagers is mainly based on agriculture. Agriculture largely depends on cows and bulls. The bull is given a place of pride in our culture and national heritage. The holy ‘Gou Maataa - Mother Cow’ is a source of both, food and economy. The cow has not only a central position in Ayurveda, but also for environment, Indian economy, culture and agriculture. Indian religions, Indian culture as well as Indian constitution do not support the killing of cows and other animals. Non-violent lifestyle is giving way to cow protection.

Shankar Agrwaal addressed the assembly, Surendr Upadhay welcomed the Yatra, and Tansukh Swami anchored  the programme.

Saint Arjundasji visited the birthplace of Acharya Shree Mahapragyaji and the Preksha Meditation Centre at Pragya Bhavan in Tamkor. Samani Pratibha Pragya and Samani Punya Pragya were escorting Saint Arjundasji. He invited them to visit his Ashram at Bagar.
