तेरापंथ धर्मसंघ के 11वें अधिष्ठाता आचार्य महाश्रमण ने शिक्षकों से आह्वान किया वे अपनी कथनी और करनी में समानता रखने का प्रयास करें। इससे विद्यार्थियों को प्रेरणा मिलेगी और वे सही लक्ष्य की ओर अपने कदम बढा सकेंगे। शिक्षकों के पास बच्चों को सही मार्ग दिखाने की शक्ति है। इसका उचित प्रयोग करने की आवश्यकता है।

आचार्यश्री यहां गुरुवार को तेरापंथ समवसरण में चातुर्मास के दौरान जीवन विज्ञान शिक्षक प्रशिक्षण शिविर में शिक्षकों को संबोधित कर रहे थे। आचार्यश्री ने शिक्षकों से कहा कि वे भविष्य निर्माण की आधार धुरी हैं। विद्यार्थियों को वे जिस तरह ज्ञान देंगे उसी के अनुरूप वह ग्रहण करेगा। उन्हें किताबी ज्ञान के साथ संस्कारों से अवगत कराना भी आवश्यक है। स्वयं संस्कारवान होंगे तो विद्यार्थी को भी अच्छे संस्कार, आदत और वाणी पर नियंत्रण की शिक्षा दे पाएंगे।

शिक्षक नशामुक्त होने का संकल्प लें :

आज कई शिक्षक अपने विद्यार्थियों से तंबाकू इत्यादि बनवाकर उसका सेवन करते देखे जाते हैं। यह सर्वथा गलत है। हम विद्यार्थी का भविष्य संवारने वाले हैं न की बिगाडऩे वाले। हम उसके सामने और साथ ही इस तरह की वस्तुओं का सेवन करेंगे तो उनमें भी इस तरह की आदत बनेगी, फिर शिक्षक और विद्यार्थी में अंतर कहां रहा। इसलिए स्वयं नशामुक्त होने का संकल्प लें और इसकी प्रेरणा विद्यार्थियों को देने का प्रयास करें। अहंकार व्यक्ति की आत्मा की दुश्मन है। इससे बचने का प्रयास आज नितांत आवश्यक हो गया है।

साधना के क्षेत्र में जानना आवश्यक:

आचार्यश्री ने कहा कि आत्मा को जानना और उसे देखना कोई बिरला व्यक्ति ही कर सकता है। भगवान महावीर स्वामी उन बिरलों में से एक थे, जिन्होंने आत्मा का साक्षात किया। श्रावक समाज का भी यह लक्ष्य होना चाहिए कि वह साधना और संयम की दिशा में बढ़ता जाए। साधना के क्षेत्र में केवल मांगना ही नहीं जानना भी आवश्यक है। जानने के बाद सम्यक मार्ग की पहल करनी चाहिए। जंगल तक जाना सम्यक हो सकता है, लेकिन मूल आवश्यकता इस बात की है कि हम राग-द्वेष से बचने की साधना करें। आत्मा कल्पना की बात नहीं है। इसकी अनुभूति होनी चाहिए। साधना के माध्यम से हम आत्मा के दर्शन कर सकते है।

वातावरण को अच्छा बनाएं:

मंत्री मुनि सुमेरमल ने कहा कि साधना में वातावरण का बड़ा महत्व है। सतयुग में हमेशा अच्छा वातावरण रहता था और व्यक्ति साधना कर लेता था। आज के परिवेश में ऐसा संभव नहीं है। श्रावक अपने जीवन में ज्ञानकत्व की साधना करता है और व्रतों की पालना करता है तो पांचवें भाव की ओर अग्रसर हो सकता है। साथ ही देवलोक के एक के साथ एक मोक्ष प्राप्त कर मोक्ष पथ गामी बन सकता है। परमानंद को प्राप्त कर सकता है। आवश्यकता है कि साधना पूर्ण जीवन व्यतीत किया जाए। हमेशा मैं श्रावक हूं की ध्वनि मस्तिष्क में गूंजती रहे। जब इस तरह की साधना रहती है तो कलियुग स्वर्णिम युग बन सकता है।
