Terapanth Professional Forum Guwahati


TPF Guwahati Branch organized a two hours workshop on ‘STRESS MANAGEMENT’ on 17.07.2011, at Terapanthi Bhawan Guwahati in the pious  presence of Sadhvi Sri Nirvanshri ji. A learned disciple of H.H. Acharya Shri Mahashramanji. The programme commenced at 11.30 A.M. after the formal Branch Inauguration Programme concluded in the morning discourse session  From 9.15 A.M. TO 11.15 A.M.  

The program started with “Mahashraman Asthkaman” which was presented by Sadhvi Kundanyasha ji. Mr. Prakash Baid, National Vice President TPF from Kolkata gave the introductory remarks and Mr. Sunil Sethia, Vice President of Terapanth Sabha, Guwahati welcomed all the professionals in the workshop. Thereafter the dais was  handed over to Mr. Nirmal Kotecha, for coordinating the program.

Sadhvi Nirvanshri ji said that in present world stress is the biggest problem which an individual is facing. One should try to change the stressors situation but if it’s impossible then in such cases, the best way to cope with it is by changing your expectations and attitude. If a person is able to learn this art then he will able to learn how to manage stress. There are many types of meditation through which one can cope up with the stress level. In the workshop, she also taught the professionals some ways of meditation including Preksha Meditation, deep breathing, etc.

Sadhvi Dr. Yogkshem Prabhaji through her power point presentation taught the professionals in the workshop about

  • What is Stress?
  • What are the main reasons for it, its root causes, its health & mental effects? and
  • Also taught the healthy ways to cope up with stress.

In the workshop, there was also a question & answer session, where many of them has expressed their views and asked many questions which were answered by Sadhvi ji. TPF branch administration related question were replied by Sri Prakash Baid and Sri Sushil Choraria.

Earlier in the morning in the inauguration ceremony of TPF GUWAHATI Branch, Sri Sushil Daga presented the kit of the workshop to Sadhvishri ji. Sri Manmal Lodha read the holy message from Acharya Shri Mahashraman ji and TPF in charge Muni shri Rajnish Kumar ji. Sri Prakash ji Baid, National Vice President of TPF and Sushil Choraria, National Joint Secretary of TPF were presented a kit by Manmal Lodha on behalf of Terapanth Samaj Guwahati. And Kalpana Baid, National Vice President of Akhil Bhartiya Terapanth Mahila Mandal was also presented a kit by Madhu Jain, Ex - President of Mahila Mandal, Guwahati. Sri Jaychand lal Maloo (President - Terapanthi  Sabha, Guwahati), Anil Pagaria  (Vice President - TYP, Guwahati) and Smt. Saroj Surana (Mahila Mandal, Guwahati)  on behalf of their respective organization welcomed the newly Nominated President of TPF Guwahati Branch Mr. Ajay Bhansali. The guests were presented Assamese Gamachha, Surai and literary memento by Sri Jaichandlal Maloo, Sri Vijay Singh Daga and Sri Bahadur Singh Dudhoria, The stress management workshop witnessed an attendance of around 100 persons including 65 Professional which includes CA, CS, Doctors, MBA, Educationists, Engineers, Advocates, and other professionals also.

The Newly Nominated  President Mr. Ajay Bhansali concluded the program with a formal Vote of  Thanks.
