A Three day Jaina philosophy teaching programme was inaugurated on 11-10-2013 at Sri Adhi Bhagwan Digamber Jinalayam -Adampakkam-Chennai. This programme is designed,and implemented by Acharya Kuntha Kuntha Jaina Philosophy Propagation Centre- Kuntha Kuntha Hill (Ponnur Hill),Vandavasi taluk, Thiruvannamala Dt.Tamilnadu.

For the past three decades this programme has been carried out at different places.twice or thrice in a year it is conducted for the benefit of the people -targeting mainly the people who migrate / d away from the great teachings of Thirthankaras.The programme is designed to suit the youngsters as well the beginners.on 11-10-2013 it was inaugurated by Sri Simmachandra sastriyar who learned Jaina Philosophy at Morena. The venue is Samyak Gnan Prachar sangh,Sri Adhi Bhagwan Digamber Jinalayam-Adampakkam, Chennai.

In Chennai city and suburbs there are several Digamber Jinalayams.- George town (sowkarpet0, Pammal, Adampakkam, Kolaththur, Puzhal, Vichchur, Kolappakkam, Vilangadupakkam, Sozhipalayam, Mugapper.(some of these places do not have even a single Jainsoul to look after)


It is a great struggle to safe guard the Jaina tradition, values, principles-all based on Ahimsa, and Aparigraha. It is a life saving battle for a "True Jain"
