Mr. Sudhir Jain (Satna, M.P.), National Chairman, Jainism Philately Group has been awarded highest medal LARGE VERMEIL on his exhibit JAINISM in the 11th State Level Philatelic Exhibition MAPPEX-2013 organized by India Post Department at Bhopal from 19th to 21st Dec. 2013. He had exhibited five frames on JAINISM in the Thematic Group. In his exhibit, Mr. Sudhir Jain elaborated the Jainism principles, Jain symbols, Jain slogans, Jain Gods, Jain Personalities, Jain Pilgrimages, Jain Architectures, Essence of Jainism and Massage of Jainism to the World through postage stamps, covers, stationery and cancellations.
Exhibition was inaugurated by Mr. Nandan Dube, Director General Police, M. P. on 19th Dec. 2013. Prize distribution function was organized at 4 PM on 21st Dec. 2013. Mr. Sukhraj Singh, D. G. P. (Lokayukta), M.P. was the Chief Guest and Mr. A. P. Shrivastava, Chief Post Master General, M. P. circle presided the function. Approximately 300 frames were exhibited in this exhibition.
