Anuvrat is a proven movement that shows that the change in an individual leads to betterment of masses. It says that religion and morality are not different from one another, and that small steps in self-improvement can result into big accomplishments.

  • I will practice Preksha Meditation and introspection
  • I will practice peaceful co-existence in the domestic life
  • I will practice self-restraint in consumption
  • I will practice diligence, self-reliance and simplicity
  • I will abstain from non-vegetarian food
  • I will share or donate a part of my earnings
  • I will attend at least one training course in Anuvrat
