Acharya Shree Tulsi - A Legend Of Humanity: Melting the Iron-Resolution

Published: 18.01.2014

Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia was a vital force for the Communist party and a powerful force for Indian politics. Dr. Lohia was close with Muni Nathmal (Acharya Mahapragya). They were in regular communication with each other and would talk for hours.

During 1960, in Kolkata once Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia said to Muni Nathmal, "Esteemed dignitaries such as Pandit Nehru, Dr. Rajendra Prasad etc., can visit Acharya Tulsi, but Dr. Lohia and Vidhanchandra Rai would never do so/' Muni Nathamal just listened to him.

Later, in 1966, Acharya Tulsi was in Delhi. During his stay, Prabhudayal Dabdiwala informed Acharya Tulsi that Dr. Lohia wanted to visit him.

Acharya Tulsi acknowledged the meet. He was surprised to hear about Dr. Lohia's request to visit him.

At the scheduled time Dr. Lohia arrived to meet him. He bowed his head in respect and sat by him in humility. During the conversation, Acharya Tulsi reminded Dr. Lohia of his prior resolve of not visiting him. Dr. Lohia gave a soft smile hearing this. Dr. Lohia continued, pondering over the problems of villages and how these issues could be solved.

Dr. Lohia was happy to meet Acharya Tulsi. In this way, his prior rock-strong resolution got melted before the sunny personality of Acharya Tulsi. Many other politicians were also influenced positively by the brilliance of Acharya Tulsi imprinted upon their minds and lives.
