I t is necessary to balance action (karma) and inaction (akarma).

Action keeps the mind and body healthy and saves us from many kinds of evils.
In our life action has a lot of value.
Many problems are also born with it.
With action, some chemical changes take place.
The quantity of lactic acid increases, tension increases and the mind is burdened. After two hours of activity, ten to twenty minutes of inactivity can give relief from all this.

For a healthy life, mind and body, a balance between action and inaction is essential.
