Along with intellectual development, there should be spiritual development in students. When H.H. Acharya Mahaprajna arrived at Kundan Vidya Mandir, in his sermon he told the students and teachers that there are three tenses of time, past, present and future. We live in the presence and when we have development, we will get its fruit in the future. This is important. When a person has no awareness of the importance of the present in this regard, his future will not be pleasant. To lead a better life in future, a person has to be developed. He who knows the art of living can lead a happy life.

The problem on the education field is that no work is done on the consciousness level. There are emotional ups and downs in a student. Emotional and intellectual consciousness, both have to be developed. When the students do not know how to control their emotions, it is difficult for them to have peace in their life. It is necessary to impart the training of Science of Living (Jeevan Vigyan) to the students along with the education so that they may have orientation how to control their emotions.

In the end of the function, the principal of the school, Mr. S. C. Saxsena expressed his gratitude towards Acharya Mahaprajna for visiting the school and giving guidance to the teachers. He will try to bring about Jeevan Vigyan courses in his school.

In the courtyard of Jinendra Bhawan in Atma Nagar Acharyashree said in his daily sermon that religious people think of the soul and their whole attention is fixed on it, but his experience is that they should first have attention on the body. “Our body is like a boat, when there is a hole, it sinks down. The person, who does not have a hole in his body boat, crosses the world ocean easily.

There are many mysteries in the human body. When there are holes like Kashya, (greed) and other activities of the mind in the body, it becomes difficult for the person to cross the world ocean. Therefore, it is necessary that one should be aware that there is no hole in the body boat. To get control over the body is a great practice. Attempts have been made to search the mysteries of the body through Preksha Meditation Techniques by which the training is given to make the body strong.

Mind, speech and body have got their importance. A man should have control over his mind. By activities the body gets shape, one should understand the mysteries of the body and the mind. Without understanding the mysteries of mind, we do not get the solution of the problems. In the human body, chemicals and proteins are produced. The chemicals have direct influence on the mind. Because of them, a man can suddenly get into bad thoughts and turn into a negative attitude.

Neurotransmitters bring effect von man's behaviour. Therefore, it is necessary to understand the chemicals of the body. The centres in the body are called Chakras in Hatha Yoga and Psychic Centres in Jain Yoga. When Lord Mahavira meditated, he used to put his attention at the tip of the nose.

In Jain philosophy, first importance is given to Right Thinking. The man who has Right Thinking has wide perception; so he does not get entangled into trifle things. One should have a wide angle of thinking and never have limited thinking. There should be wide angle in thinking in the human body boat. After that, Right Knowledge and Right Character should be developed. The mind attached with activity is Bhav Kriya; for that training is necessary.

Many people have the wrong notion that Jain religion is very difficult to follow, as they think, the body is tortured and neglected. However, in Jainism, torture of the body is violence, and those who advocate non-violence, how can they talk of violence? The main aim is to do spiritual practices. If during this, any pain comes in the way, it should be borne with tolerance.”
